Full Job Description:

Operations Assistant will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the Operations Assistant will include recruiting temporary workers, dispatching laborers in the morning, paying out temps in the afternoon, answering phones and emails with professional etiquette, supporting the Branch Manager, and performing all administrative duties on our proprietary software and Microsoft Office Suite. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy.
