Spherion has an exciting Direct Hire opportunity for an Experienced Restaurant General Manager.

Responsibilities:

Lead and develop a high-performing team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards.
Drive sales, control costs, and optimize profitability.
Maintain a focus on customer satisfaction and employee engagement.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food regulations.
Manage inventory, ordering, and cash handling procedures.

Working hours:

8:00 AM – 5:00

Education:

High School Experience:

1-4 years

Qualifications:

2+ years of QSR or fast-casual restaurant management experience.
Leadership and team-building skills.
