The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the restaurant, maintaining high standards of food safety, and managing a team to deliver an outstanding dining experience. Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting professional development. Implement effective food service management practices to enhance operational efficiency. Conduct interviews and hire new team members, ensuring alignment with company values. Maintain inventory levels and manage kitchen supplies to minimize waste and control costs. Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation in accordance with culinary guidelines. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction. Organize and manage banquet events, coordinating with kitchen staff and service teams for seamless execution.
