Duties Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment and promoting professional development. Implement effective food service management practices to enhance operational efficiency. Conduct interviews and hire new team members, ensuring alignment with company values. Maintain inventory levels and manage kitchen supplies to minimize waste and control costs. Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation in accordance with culinary guidelines. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism to ensure guest satisfaction. Organize and manage banquet events, coordinating with kitchen staff and service teams for seamless execution. Experience Proven experience in hospitality management or restaurant management is essential. Strong background in quick service fast food restaurants is preferred. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food service management. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively, promoting collaboration and motivation. Experience in interviewing potential candidates and building a strong team culture. Knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary practices is beneficial.
