Compensation & Career Path:
Training Pay:
$16/hour during an 8-10 week training period
Post-Training Pay:
$18/hour + bonus eligibility (upon District Manager approval)
General Manager Opportunities:
Available as positions open — compensation package discussed once fully trained and store-ready (typically 6-8 months)
What We’re Looking For:
