The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the daily operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of staff. This position requires strong leadership skills and experience in food management, particularly in a quick service fast food restaurant environment. Growth available! Responsibilities Assist the Manager in overseeing daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service. Train, mentor, and supervise staff to maintain high standards of performance and customer service. Manage cash handling procedures, ensuring accuracy in transactions and adherence to financial protocols. Utilize Toast POS or similar systems for order processing and inventory management. Coordinate banquet services and events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Support inventory management by monitoring stock levels and placing orders as needed. Requirements Previous experience in a leadership role within a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred. Proficiency with POS systems, particularly Toast POS, is highly desirable. Strong knowledge of food management practices and safety regulations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and motivate staff effectively. Proven ability to manage cash handling processes accurately. Experience in banquet coordination is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
