Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of the restaurant, including overseeing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining quality standards.
• Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional service and uphold company policies and procedures.
• Create employee schedules and manage labor costs to optimize productivity.
• Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and resolve any issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and update menu offerings.
• Utilize Toast POS system to process orders, payments, and track sales data.
• Implement strategies to increase sales and improve profitability.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a managerial role within the restaurant or hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
• Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and a passion for delivering high-quality coffee beverages.
• Familiarity with culinary techniques and an understanding of food service management principles.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, staff, and vendors.
• Proficient in using Toast POS or similar point-of-sale systems.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
