This role is crucial in creating a welcoming environment for our clients and visitors while managing various administrative tasks including the flow of services. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced office setting. Duties Greet and assist clients and visitors in a professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression. Manage incoming calls, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel. Maintain an organized calendar by scheduling boarding, daycare, and grooming appointments. Perform data entry tasks accurately into our computerized systems. Handle office correspondence, including emails and messages, with a focus on maintaining confidentiality. Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and maintaining office supplies. Assist with updating social media posts, ensuring pictures and videos are taken daily by staff. Provide customer support by addressing client needs and escalating any issues promptly. Ensure boarding instructions are clear and communicated to staff and ensure quality services are up to standard. Maintain office clean and organized, assisting grooming area as needed. Ensure bathing area is cleaned by groomers and bathers. Qualifications Proficiency in computer literacy with experience in data entry and office software applications. Previous experience as a receptionist, assistant manager or a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong calendar management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients and team members. Experience in a customer support roles is advantageous. Ability to work independently while also being an effective team player. A high school diploma or equivalent is required. •Bilingual proficiency is a plus.
