What You’ll Do:
Lead and support the front and back of house during your shift Duties include but not limited to Cook on the line and ensure food is consistent, clean, and timely Taking customers orders and payments Manage shift flow, customer service, and team performance Train and guide new team members Uphold cleanliness, food safety, and operational standards Handle basic reporting, opening/closing duties, and conflict resolution
What We’re Looking For:
Prior kitchen/cooking experience preferred Prior cashier, server experience prefered Experience in a leadership or supervisory role (preferred) Strong communication and decision-making skills Willingness to jump in wherever needed Available to work weekends and holidays Dependable, upbeat, and great under pressure Principals only.
