Restaurant Manager & Chef- Full-Time | Waterfront Tiki Bar & Restaurant Steinhatchee Marina at Deadman Bay 104 1st Ave SW, Steinhatchee, FL 32359 Are you ready to lead in paradise? We’re seeking a skilled, motivated, and passionate Restaurant Manager & Chef to join our team at Steinhatchee Marina at Deadman Bay, home to a vibrant full-service restaurant and tiki bar directly on the water in beautiful Steinhatchee, Florida. What You’ll Do:

Oversee day-to-day operations of our waterfront restaurant and tiki bar Lead, motivate, and manage kitchen and front-of-house staff Design, cost, and execute creative menus featuring fresh, coastal fare Ensure exceptional guest experiences through polished service and consistent quality Assist in food production processes, ensuring adherence to quality standards Maintain inventory, oversee inventory control, ensure stock levels are controlled, order supplies timely, and manage vendor relationships Monitor budgets, labor, and food cost to maximize profitability Maintain cleanliness and compliance with all health and safety standard

Qualifications:

Experience is must Proven leadership and team-building skills Strong culinary talent with creative flair and consistency Ability to manage both front and back of house operations Ability to supervise staff effectively Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities • ServSafe certification preferred • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
