Job Description

DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced and driven General Manager, who will lead a team towards success!

As General Manager, you’ll play a key role in hiring, motivating, and rewarding a strong management team that aligns with the company’s mission and values.

You’ll serve as the liaison between the hotel brand, owners, and Concord, ensuring smooth operations through brand training, meeting deadlines, managing supplies, and adhering to budget guidelines.

Additionally, you’ll network with city officials, representing the hotel as its face.

QualificationsOrganized, detail-oriented, and able to lead a winning team of passionate and service-driven hospitality professionals.

Strong sales background and established networking skills.

Proven ability to drive GSS.Effective in hiring, mentoring, and leading a team toward outstanding results.

Able to deliver outstanding financial results.

Extensive experience in select service hotel operations.

Prior GM experience preferred.

Pay Range:

$124,159 – $155,199Minimum Requirements7-10 years of experience, with at least 3-5 years in a management role, preferably with experience in multiple departments (e.g., front office, housekeeping, food and beverage).
