Assistant Manager Sub Center Miami d.b.a San Diego Grill 5535 South Williamson Boulevard, Port Orange, FL 32128 Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales performance. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion in managing a fast paced full service restaurant, contributing to a positive experience for both our staff and our customers. Responsibilities Assist in managing daily restaurant operations to ensure efficiency and productivity. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Handle cash and credit catd transactions accurately and manage POS operations. Support inventory management processes and inventory control. Conduct regular audits of inventory to maintain accurate product levels. Train, supervise, and motivate staff to achieve and maintain high standards of customer service. Implement promotional strategies to enhance sales performance and customer engagement. Maintain appearance by ensuring cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant. Collaborate with the General Manager on scheduling,, and other administrative tasks. Experience Minium 3 years experience in a fast paced full service restaurant.. Strong skills in cash and credit card transactions and familiarity with POS systems. Must be reliable and professional. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A commitment to providing outstanding customer service and fostering a positive team atmosphere.
