Responsibilities Supervise daily operations of the food and beverage department to ensure smooth service delivery. Train and develop staff in food handling procedures, customer service excellence, and operational protocols. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and controlling waste to optimize food production. Oversee menu planning and development in collaboration with the culinary team to enhance guest satisfaction. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including proper food handling practices. Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain financial records related to food service operations. Address guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. Collaborate with other departments to coordinate events and special functions. Requirements Proven experience in food service management or a similar role within the hospitality industry. Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
