This role requires a strong leader who can maintain high standards of food quality and safety while managing budgets and enhancing the overall dining experience for guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in quick service fast food restaurants or casual dining environments and possess excellent interpersonal skills to lead a diverse team. Duties Manage daily operations of the food service department, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Oversee food production processes, including menu planning, preparation, and presentation. Develop and manage budgets to optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries and resolving complaints promptly. Coordinate catering services for events, ensuring all details are executed flawlessly. Conduct interviews and hire staff to build a skilled team that aligns with company values. Train and mentor team members on food handling practices, customer service techniques, and operational procedures. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations. Implement strategies to improve team performance and enhance guest satisfaction. Skills Proficiency in food production techniques and knowledge of food handling regulations. Strong budgeting skills to manage financial aspects of the food service operation effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive dining experiences. Experience in quick service fast food restaurants or casual dining settings is preferred.
