The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in hospitality management, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires effective shift management skills, as well as expertise in food preparation and beverage service. The Food & Beverage Manager will play a crucial role in enhancing the dining experience for our guests while ensuring operational efficiency. Responsibilities Manage daily operations of the restaurant and bar, ensuring high standards of food quality and customer service. Supervise and train staff in food preparation, bartending, and customer service best practices. Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels. Implement and maintain health and safety regulations in compliance with local laws. Develop menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences. Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and presentation. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Utilize POS systems for efficient order processing and financial tracking. Requirements Proven experience in restaurant or bar management within the food industry. Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles. Excellent shift management skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. Proficiency in food preparation techniques and beverage service standards. Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Familiarity with POS systems for order processing and financial reporting. Bartending experience is a plus but not mandatory.
