Oversee and mentor the front-of-house team Oversee operations of the restaurant Ensure that every guest receives personalized and attentive service, addressing concerns or issues promptly and professionally Find creative solutions to optimize revenue while maintaining the quality of our offerings Work collaboratively with the culinary team to ensure seamless coordination between the kitchen and the front-of-house Partner with brand team to ensure brand, service and culture standards are met and maintained Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service quality

Qualifications:

Passionate about food & beverage and elevated service, with advanced knowledge of F&B operations, ideally within luxury and/or fine dining environment(s) Hard-working team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail Ability to multi-task, and make decisions in a fast-paced environment Excels at written and verbal communication Excellent presentation and grooming standards Ability to endure abundant physical movement in various work areas
