We are currently seeking a passionate and results-driven Assistant General Manager (AGM) to help lead our team and support our mission of excellence.

Position Summary:

The Assistant General Manager plays a key leadership role in the day-to-day operations of the hotel. This individual will work closely with the General Manager to ensure the hotel meets and exceeds guest expectations, brand standards, and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in overseeing all aspects of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage (if applicable)
• Ensure exceptional guest service and satisfaction
• Support and mentor department leaders and team members
• Help manage labor, expenses, and revenue goals
• Monitor performance metrics and implement action plans for improvement
• Uphold and enforce brand standards and operational procedures
• Step in as acting General Manager in their absence

Qualifications:

2+ years of hotel management experience preferred Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment Working knowledge of hotel systems (FOSSE, Onity, GXP) Experience with Marriott systems and standards is a plus Flexible schedule availability, including weekends and holidays
