Food and Beverage Manager Location:

The Golf Club at Bradshaw Farm The Golf Club at Bradshaw Farm is looking for an energetic, hands-on Food and Beverage Manager to lead and grow our food and beverage operations.

This role oversees two outlets:

A fast-paced, counter-service grill serving our golfers and guests. A newly launched food truck positioned near our driving range, offering a fun variety of food and beverage options.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and support a team of 10+ staff members, including servers, prep chefs, beverage cart attendants, and line cooks. Hire, train, and schedule team members to ensure excellent service and smooth daily operations. Maintain high standards of food quality, customer service, and cleanliness. Work closely with the Director of Golf Operations and General Manager to develop menus, pricing strategies, and promotions. Monitor inventory, control costs, and manage vendor relationships. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations. Lead by example with a strong presence during peak periods, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications:

2-3 years of food and beverage management experience preferred, ideally in a fast-paced environment. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic environment. Flexibility to work a schedule that includes weekends, nights, and holidays. A passion for hospitality and providing a memorable guest experience.
