Functional Requirements:
Accountable for the continuous training and development of restaurant personnel including managers and shift leaders Ensure knowledge, adherence and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures Provide leadership to the Restaurant team so that each member consistently meets our standards of Superior guest service, quality and cleanliness, while embracing the Firehouse Subs “Culture” of cheerful and fun work environment Communicate effectively to District Leader Personnel all issues and opportunities which may impact business Maintain a safe and secure work and dining environment Able to lift 50 lbs. and work on his/her feet 10hrs./shift 5 days per week Able and available to work on weekends and holidays
