We are located on 100 Prince Ave Ste 103. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, reliable, highly organized and has amazing people skills. This is a hybrid position – you will be both managing the server/barista staff and working shifts as a server & barista. Responsibilities
- manage cafe in all respects
- order food and supplies
- creating new drinks recipes
- preparing various from-scratch recipes for our drinks
- create shift schedules
- train new baristas and servers
- maintain quality of drinks and service
- work shifts as barista and server Qualifications
- Experience as a barista
- Experience as a server
- Experience managing staff in the service industry
- Strong social media skills
- Be available to work 30+ hours per week, including some weekends.
