Grecian Gyro, Atlanta’s oldest Greek quick service restaurant, is looking for a customer-focused leader to join our fast-growing team as a Restaurant Manager. Grecian Gyro Store Managers are self-motivated, hands-on, and enjoy working with a small team in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for leaders who take ownership, have a super-friendly personality, and above all, a passion for delivering an awesome customer experience. Prior experience as shift lead, crew lead, project lead, supervisor, team lead, assistant or general manager in a restaurant is required. What you’ll be doing: Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant location, including ordering, hiring, training, and customer service management Lead the restaurant team with a customer focus, conduct regular meeting, maintain a positive environment Ensure the restaurant operates profitably meeting set margins for costs of goods sold Being an ambassador for our service, our menu, our story, and our culture Maintaining proper hygiene and upholding an appearance that projects a positive company image at all times Describing our food with passion and educating our guests on our menu, its ingredients and allergy/dietary alerts for both restaurant and catering orders Embodying our “cafe management” work style by performing store positions when not focused on administrative responsibilities Developing hourly employees, shift leaders, and AGMs for growth, leading an environment that fosters motivation, training and evaluations Scheduling hourly employees based on weekly forecasted sales training AGM’s to do the same Accurately documenting all employee related paperwork Prioritizing tasks, setting goals and properly scheduling your time ensuring to balance admin leadership with hands-on shift involvement Supervising and mentoring crew members on each shift, always looking for training moments Managing the quality of your store by meeting Grecian Gyro standards for food procedure, service and cleanliness Effectively managing operational and admin duties, understanding how their accurate and timely completion creates your store’s success Monitoring cash receipts, controls and daily deposits for financial accuracy Proactively managing building upkeep, general maintenance, equipment maintenance and maintenance tickets Maintaining a positive, clean, safe atmosphere and environment for both your guests and your coworkers in compliance with Health Department regulations Leading the team to comply with all company policies and procedures as well as all local, state and federal regulations Demonstrating a professional attitude and respect for your coworkers, establishment, and the Grecian Gyro brand What we provide you: Salary/Compensation range $45,000•$55,000+ Quarterly bonus potential Vacation/PTO after 100 days Medical/Dental/Vision after 60 days Employer insurance contribution $250/month Educational Assistance Flexible schedules Free food Quality of Life Closed on Sundays! Total Compensation/Benefits Value:
$55K•62K Operating the grill and fryers during high volume hours Grilling meat, vegetables, and pita bread Perfectly slicing gyro meat Communicating with the line throughout service Leads kitchen team in food preparation (vegetable and meat cutting) This is a full-time position, with both day and evening shifts Mondays•Saturdays (we’re closed Sundays).
Requirements:
