General Managers are responsible for providing guidance andleadership to their team to create a positive culture and maintainhigh team morale. Must be 21 years of age or older Must have a valid driver’slicense, vehicle insurance, and reliable transportation Openavailability and the ability to work a minimum of 5 days and 48hours per week Ability to work a flexible schedule including days,nights, weekends, and holidays Successful completion of backgroundcheck and motor vehicle report Must possess leadership qualities,organizational skills, and ability to interact cooperatively withothers Required minimum education: High school diploma orequivalent and some college preferred 3-5 years managementexperience required Restaurant management experience preferredCapability Requirements The following capabilities are required toperform the essential functions of this position.
