We are looking for Restaurant Assistant Managers (RAM)to joinour team. Our restaurants are staffed with amazing people, and weare looking for more. The RAM supports the Restaurant GeneralManager in their efforts to develop a team of dedicated people,delivering great and friendly guest experiences and producing topline sales. They do this by learning, managing and teachingrestaurant systems effectively to achieve goals, develop people andprovide excellent service. RAM’s bonus on performance, bothoperationally and financially.

Job Duties:

Ensure your teamprovides outstanding service and satisfied guests Train and coachthe team Utilize GPS Hospitality Systems to run a great restaurantevery shift, every day Implement restaurant controls, especiallycash & inventory Set and meet restaurant goals for service,operations and financial results Meet all operational standards,including speed of service, food safety and cleanliness Meetpositive food and labor variance and take appropriate action toimprove results Maintain a clean and safe working environment Workall shifts as required by the business Set an example bymaintaining an excellent working knowledge and high level ofproficiency in restaurant operations Provide feedback and coachingto the team Demonstrate problem solving skills Follow allgovernment regulations, employment laws, food safety and operationspolicies and implement all accounting controls Any / all otherduties as assigned by the Restaurant General Manager (RGM)

PhysicalRequirements:

Ability to perform the following motions: bending,squatting, twisting, pulling and reaching Ability to work in warmand cold temperatures Ability to stand for 8-10 hours Ability tolift up to 20lbs

Job Requirements:
