Your Daily Responsibilities Will Include:

Ensure flawless execution of daily café operations, including opening and closing procedures. Maintain high standards for cleanliness, organization, and safety in all areas. Conduct regular walkthroughs and audits to ensure quality, consistency, and compliance. Implement and oversee all company systems, policies, and procedures. Drive revenue growth and profitability by analyzing key performance metrics. Manage labor costs, food costs, and controllables to meet or exceed budget. Execute local marketing initiatives and build community relationships to increase traffic and brand awareness. Lead by example and hold the team accountable to performance and service goals. Identify areas for improvement and implement action plans for success. Set clear expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback. Recruit, interview, and onboard high-quality team members.

What We’re Looking For:

3+ years of restaurant general management experience (fast casual or full-service preferred) Proven ability to lead and inspire a high-performing team Strong financial acumen and experience with P&L management Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills Passion for hospitality and delivering memorable guest experiences Flexible schedule with availability for weekends, holidays, and varied shifts ServSafe certification (or ability to obtain)
