Recruits and trains staff and makes sure employees feel supported. Responsible for inventory and money control systems – may establish inventory schedules. Maintains business records. Subway Management:
Average annual pay ranges from $35,000-$42,000 per year. Hourly base pay plus incentives. Monthly Bonus (a percentage of store sales) when cost controls are met.
