What we’re looking for: 2-4 years of management experience in QSR, fast-casual, casual dining, or retail Strong business acumen, including knowledge of scheduling, inventory, and P&L management Proven leadership, communication, and team development skills Ability to work any shift—including nights, weekends, and holidays Comfortable using basic technology and reviewing performance data High standards for cleanliness, safety, and guest satisfaction Ability to stand for 8 hours and lift 35-50 pounds
