Assistant Manager Amalfi Pizza – Cucina + Mercato 3242 Peachtree Road NE, Atlanta, GA 30305 Amalfi is looking for a assistant managers with strong hospitality and team-building skills. We are looking for a strong leader who is able to build a motivated team of employees while keeping the goal of positive guest experience at the forefront. This position requires a person who works, functions and maintains the establishment with the culture, long-term success, and growth of the company in mind. The ideal candidate will possess a high skill level and knowledge of food and service execution, as well as the ability to balance daily operations. Prior restaurant experience with longevity is required. .
Requirements:
2 years of prior supervisor or management experience Ability to train and perform all the dining room positions Consistent use and execution of operating systems Scheduling front of the house staff according to volume Understanding and performing opening and closing procedures Willingness to work weekends, holidays and late nights Accurate money handling, processing credit card transactions, and basic math skills Positive, team-oriented attitude
