The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for the hospitality industry, with experience in fine dining, hotel management, or restaurant operations. Responsibilities Lead and manage front-of-house staff, including servers, bartenders, and hosts, ensuring a cohesive team environment. Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth service flow and guest satisfaction. Implement training programs for staff on service standards, menu knowledge, and customer engagement. Collaborate with kitchen management to ensure timely food delivery and quality standards are met. Monitor inventory levels of food, beverages, and supplies; place orders as necessary. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally to enhance customer experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front-of-house area in accordance with health and safety regulations. Develop and implement strategies to improve service efficiency and guest satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry, preferably in fine dining or hotel settings. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team effectively. Knowledge of kitchen management practices and food safety regulations. Experience in bartending is a plus; knowledge of coffee preparation is also beneficial. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.
