staff regarding anticipated shift volume and product stock levels Adjust staffing levels as needed Ensure facility cleanliness and safety Constantly monitor staff to verify adherence to Company principles of service Constantly monitor dining room ambiance and adjust as needed Execute 100% table visits to ensure guest satisfaction and build relationships with guests; resolve guest complaints as needed Oversee completion of opening and closing checklists, running sidework, and cleaning projects Consistently follow established systems and complete operational checklists Manage your time appropriately and balance time spent on administrative duties, assigned Areas of Responsibility, and mealtime service management Proactively identify areas of opportunity; create and implement solutions Maintain consistent professional and honest communication with staff, managers, and owners

Position Requirements:

A minimum of 2 years of relevant upscale/fine dining level experience including the serving of liquor and wine A minimum of 1 year of previous experience in a lead role or supervisory or management position Availability to work days, nights, weekends and holidays (closed Sunday evenings, Mondays, and Tuesdays except for private events; Christmas Day, New Year’s Day, 4th of July and the days around it) Physical stamina and ability to meet the physical demands of the job for the duration of the shift, including standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting and carrying 25lbs, climbing stairs
