Open 7 days a week , the restaurant requires a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in restaurant or hospitality management, with experience in both front and back-of-house operations, and a proven ability to build strong teams and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day restaurant operations with attention to service quality and operational excellence Oversee staff scheduling, team development, and performance management Maintain guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, feedback, and concerns promptly and professionally Manage vendor relationships, ordering, and inventory Ensure food quality and kitchen operations meet health and safety standards Monitor maintenance and uphold cleanliness and regulatory compliance Collaborate with staff to create a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional development. Collaborate on budgeting, cost control, and sales growth strategies Be present and available for late-night , weekend, and holiday shifts, consistent with industry standards

Ideal Qualifications:

Proven experience in a general management role within a hospitality or restaurant setting Strong leadership and team-building skills Experience in fast-casual, or QSR operations is a plus Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities with the ability to motivate and lead a diverse team. A passion for providing exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences in a fast-paced high-volume environment. Knowledge of kitchen management, food safety, and cost control Financial acumen and familiarity with budgeting and reporting Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) Familiarity with restaurant POS systems and back-office software If you are an enthusiastic leader ready to take on the challenge of managing our dynamic team while delivering outstanding guest experiences, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
