Duties Supervise daily operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to company policies. Utilize Aloha POS systems for order processing and sales tracking. Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process for new team members. Oversee bartending operations, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work environment in accordance with health standards. Collaborate with culinary teams to ensure menu items meet quality expectations. Experience Proven experience in a managerial role within the food service industry is preferred.
