Since 2006, just add honey has created handcrafted loose-leaf teas and a welcoming space for TEAlovers. We’re looking for someone passionate about people, organized under pressure, and excited to grow with a community-minded, woman-led brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead day-to-day café operations and retail sales Coach, schedule, and inspire a strong TEAm Maintain high standards in customer experience, cleanliness, and beverage quality Monitor inventory and vendor orders Support events like parTEAs and weekend foot traffic Create weekly goals and communicate clearly with leadership

You Are:

A great communicator with a calm, confident leadership style Experienced in food/beverage or café settings (1+ years) Skilled at coaching others, managing shifts, and solving problems on the fly Passionate about wellness, hospitality, and community
