Your Role:

As the Assistant Bar Manager and trusted Key Holder, you’ll support the Bar Manager with daily operations, lead shifts, and ensure that everything runs smoothly—from staff coordination to customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

Open and/or close the bar following proper procedures Lead and motivate bar staff during shifts Assist with inventory management, ordering, and restocking Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations Handle customer concerns with professionalism and care Train and mentor new team members Support the Bar Manager with scheduling and administrative tasks

You Have:

2-3 years of bar or hospitality experience (leadership a plus) A strong work ethic and the ability to multitask under pressure Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead by example and boost team morale Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays
