The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quick service and casual dining, with proven skills in team management and customer service. This role is essential in supporting the General Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. Responsibilities Assist the General Manager in daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient service and adherence to company policies. Manage and supervise staff during shifts, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback to enhance team productivity. Oversee inventory control processes, including ordering supplies, managing stock levels, and minimizing waste. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and prompt resolution of any issues or complaints. Utilize Aloha POS system for cash handling, processing transactions accurately, and maintaining financial records. Implement health and safety regulations to ensure a clean and safe dining environment for both guests and staff. Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving sales and operational efficiency. Requirements Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or casual dining setting is preferred. Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively. Experience in shift management to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Proficient in inventory control practices to maintain optimal stock levels. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on enhancing guest experiences. Familiarity with Aloha POS system or similar cash handling systems is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
