What You’ll Do:
Oversee daily front-of-house operations with a sharp focus on quality, consistency, and service excellence Lead and manage staff scheduling, floor supervision, and guest satisfaction Partner closely with the GM to ensure a smooth, guest-focused operation Uphold and enforce standards, implement systems, and drive accountability Maintain strong cost controls across labor and operations Act decisively and positively when challenges arise—be the solution
What You Bring:
3+ years of AGM or similar leadership experience in upscale, high-volume restaurants Experience managing $5M+ in annual sales A leadership style rooted in culture, structure, and team development Passion for great food, hospitality, and unforgettable guest experiences Ownership mentality and strong floor presence High energy, a positive attitude, and ideas that drive improvement
