What You’ll Do:

Lead daily front-of-house operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and service excellence Manage staff scheduling, floor supervision, and guest satisfaction efforts Partner with the GM to drive smooth, guest-centered operations Implement systems, enforce standards, and foster a culture of accountability Maintain tight cost controls across labor and operations Solve challenges quickly and positively while keeping the team motivated

What You Bring:

3+ years of AGM or similar leadership experience in upscale, high-volume restaurants Experience overseeing $8M+ in annual sales Strong leadership skills centered around culture, structure, and development Genuine passion for hospitality, great food, and memorable guest experiences Ownership mentality and strong floor presence High energy, positive attitude, and a drive to continually improve
