The ideal candidates will possess strong organizational and time management skills, ensuring that all household tasks are executed efficiently and effectively. This role requires a blend of customer service, property management, and hospitality skills to create a welcoming and well-maintained environment. Responsibilities Manage the overall operations of the household, ensuring all tasks are completed in a timely manner. Coordinate residential cleaning schedules and oversee the cleanliness of all areas within the home. Maintain inventory of household supplies and manage procurement as necessary. Ensure that all areas of the property are well-maintained and address any maintenance issues promptly. Provide exceptional customer service to guests and residents, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism. Develop and implement organizational systems for household management to enhance efficiency. Qualifications Proven experience in customer service or hospitality roles is essential.
