We are a fast-paced, vibrant Korean BBQ & Hot Pot restaurant known for our high-energy atmosphere, fresh ingredients, and exceptional guest experience. We’re seeking an Assistant Manager who’s passionate about food, team leadership, and creating memorable dining moments.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the General Manager in day-to-day operations
- Lead front-of-house and/or back-of-house staff during shifts
- Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve issues promptly
- Train, coach, and support team members
- Monitor inventory, supply orders, and cost control
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and compliance with health regulations
- Contribute to a positive, team-focused work environment
- Must have valid
Drivers License Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of restaurant management or supervisor experience (Korean BBQ/Hot Pot preferred)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a high-pressure, fast-paced setting
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Basic knowledge of Korean cuisine is a big plus
- Must be available for flexible scheduling
