We are looking for a motivated, organized, and reliable individual to join our front-of-house team as an Assistant Manager. • Manage employees, including hiring, training, and developing team leaders.
• Delegate tasks to the team and provide follow-up
• Manage employee performance; provide coaching, counseling, and conflict management, as needed.
• Ensure the team delivers exceptional and memorable customer experiences. Fast, friendly, and accurate service at all times.
• Ensure product quality is maintained. Restaurant cleanliness, maintenance, and security standards are met.
• Prepare and manage shift schedules.
• Manage cash handling and deposits to ensure procedures are followed.
• Manage inventory and ordering systems.
• Achieve restaurant sales and financial objectives.
• Maintain detailed records. Qualifications
• 2-3 years of hospitality experience as a team lead or in a management position
• Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with customers and co-workers
• Possess a positive attitude and ethics to uphold our values and culture
• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused restaurant
• Strong time-management skills; ability to multi-task, prioritize, and organize
• Extensive food and beverage knowledge
