We’re reopening our Johns Creek location and looking for a reliable, high-energy Assistant Manager to help lead our team to success. What You’ll Do:

Support the General Manager in all daily operations Lead by example in delivering heartfelt hospitality and top-tier food quality Open/close the store, manage shift flow, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards Train, coach, and motivate crew members for peak performance Ensure guest orders are made right—every time Manage inventory, control food and labor costs, and assist with scheduling Oversee cash handling procedures and POS accuracy Step into any station when needed to support the team Help implement local marketing and Public Safety Foundation initiatives Be the go-to leader when the GM is off-site

What You Bring:

Must be 18+ 1+ year of restaurant or retail leadership experience Positive attitude and natural leadership presence Strong communication and decision-making skills Familiarity with scheduling, inventory, and basic office tools (Microsoft Office, etc.) Reliable and accountable, especially during peak hours Willing to work weekends and evenings as needed Able to stand and move throughout your shift and lift up to 50 lbs Why Join Us?
