Assistant Manager, Front of House V12 restaurant Atlanta, GA 30308 Job Overview We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Front of House Staff to join our team in providing exceptional service in a vibrant dining and entertainment environment. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests while ensuring smooth operations in our casual and fine dining settings. Your role will involve managing various front-of-house tasks and contributing to the overall guest experience. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. Manage reservations and assist with table arrangements to optimize seating efficiency. Provide attentive service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and addressing guest inquiries. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and quality control. Assist in training new staff members on service standards, menu knowledge, and operational procedures. Supervise front-of-house operations during shifts, ensuring adherence to hospitality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, bar and utensils. Uphold food handling safety regulations to ensure a safe dining experience for all guests. Skills Strong background in hospitality with experience in casual or fine dining environments preferred. Proficient in cash handling and basic financial management skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact positively with guests and team members alike. Experience in training development or supervising staff is a plus. Knowledge of coffee preparation and service is beneficial. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
