Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Manager or AssistantManager to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee allfront-of-house operations, ensuring excellent customer service andan enjoyable dining experience for our customers. Must behospitality minded and enjoy building rapport with customers.

Building relationships with customers to ensure long-termrelationships and repeat visits has been the cornerstone of oursuccess. Requirements

• Previous experience in hospitalitymanagement in a high-volume setting.
• Strong knowledge of finedining and restaurant operations
• A true desire and ability toprovide Southern hospitality
• Professional in appearance anddemeanor
• Ability to lead and coach employees to our standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Positive, can-do attitude

Paid TimeOff :

Full-time managers accrue 10 days of vacation per year theirfirst 2 years. Vacation time increases to 15 days at 3 years, and20 days at 10 years. Our 20 year employees accrue 25 vacation daysper year!
