The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food service and casual dining, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires excellent management skills, as well as the ability to effectively lead a team in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage the front of house operations, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction. Oversee staff training, including interviewing and onboarding new team members. Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness throughout the dining area. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure effective food production and timely service. Handle cash transactions accurately and manage daily cash handling procedures. Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest experiences. Monitor inventory levels for bar supplies, coffee, and other front-of-house items, placing orders as necessary. Experience Previous experience in a management role within the food service or casual dining industry is preferred. Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food production. Experience in bartending or coffee service is a plus. Proven ability to manage staff effectively and maintain high operational standards. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
