We’ve gone from $25K to over $100K/month in revenue in under 3 months, and we’re just getting started. We’re looking for a Front of House Manager to take full ownership of our guest experience and FOH team. This is a hands-on leadership role that blends high hospitality standards with team coaching, flow management, and accountability.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:

Being the face of the floor — greeting guests, touching tables, ensuring great service Leading pre-shift meetings, communicating daily goals, and maintaining staff energy Managing hosts, servers, runners, and bartenders — including shift flow and cut order Jumping in to assist with service when needed (without taking a section) Monitoring reservations and pacing to avoid bottlenecks Checking side work, cleanliness, and closing routines Collaborating directly with ownership and kitchen on daily operations Handling basic administrative tasks: shift reports, scheduling feedback, team notes ✅ You’re a

Have experience managing a dining room or running the floor in a leadership role Lead with empathy, clarity, and a guest-first mindset Can remain calm and in control under pressure Know how to coach servers and keep standards high without micromanaging Are reliable, proactive, and solution-oriented

Pay & Benefits:

Wednesday-Sunday evenings only

Shift:

~3:00 PM to 10:30/11:00 PM Dinner service only at this time
