Our team is the heartbeat of the experience, and we’re looking for a Front of House/Nightclub Manager who thrives on creating unforgettable moments for every guest who walks through our doors. The Role You’re the floor general, the vibe curator, the team’s biggest motivator—and when the lights go down, you keep the energy turned up. As our Front of House/Nightclub Manager , you’ll own the guest experience from the first greeting to the final song. You’ll lead with poise, adapt on the fly, and know how to keep a crowd happy and a team locked in. What You’ll Do Lead nightly service with confidence, clarity, and cool under pressure Manage FOH staff—including hosts, servers, bar staff, and floor team—with energy and precision Oversee crowd flow, VIPs, bottle service, reservations, and the guest list like a pro Collaborate with DJs, security, and bar leads to keep the energy consistent and the experience flawless Step in and problem-solve any guest issues with professionalism and hospitality Maintain high standards for service, safety, cleanliness, and style—because details matter Support staff training and development; hire, coach, and grow talent from within Track nightly operations and provide clear feedback to leadership
What We’re Looking For Experience:
3+ years in nightlife or hospitality, with proven leadership in high-volume, high-energy spaces
Vibe Check:
You get people, you read a room, and you know how to keep the energy just right
Leadership:
You lead with authority and empathy, and you know how to hold a team down
Communication:
Clear, calm, and confident—whether handling a guest concern or calling the next play on the floor
Tech-Savvy:
Comfortable with POS, reservation, and scheduling platforms
Schedule:
Nights, weekends, —you’re in your element when others are clocking out
Certifications:
ServeSafe preferred
