The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing staff, ensuring food safety, and maintaining high standards of food production and service. The Manager will play a crucial role in training and developing team members while fostering a positive and efficient workplace culture. Responsibilities Lead daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of the restaurant or establishment. Supervise staff performance, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills in customer service and food handling. Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards throughout the facility. Manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies and controlling waste to optimize resources. Train new employees on operational procedures, including Aloha POS systems, food production techniques, and customer service protocols. Develop and implement training programs that promote culinary skills and enhance team performance. Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with upper management to develop strategies for improving service quality and operational efficiency. Experience Previous experience in a managerial role within the food service industry is preferred. Familiarity with bartending, casual dining, or quick-service fast food environments is advantageous. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Experience with Aloha POS systems or similar technology is a plus. Proven ability to train, develop, and motivate staff effectively in a fast-paced setting. Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
