Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency, cleanliness, and exceptional guest experiences Manage and train front-of-house staff, including scheduling, performance management, and team development Maintain high standards of customer service, food quality, and presentation Monitor and control inventory, ordering, and vendor relationships Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Collaborate with the kitchen team to coordinate service flow and resolve issues quickly Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism and grace Analyze sales, labor, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement Support marketing and promotional initiatives to attract and retain customers

Requirements:
