The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in food service and restaurant management, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional service while maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This role requires a hands-on approach to leadership, with responsibilities spanning from kitchen management to supervising staff in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality service. Manage food preparation processes, ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations. Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and encouraging professional development. Coordinate catering services for events, ensuring all client specifications are met. Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and promptness. Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop seasonal menus that reflect current trends in fine dining. Implement cost control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining quality standards. Skills Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
