We are seeking managers at all levels with the ability to lead a great team in a fast-paced environment. Our managers need to be able to run all aspects of running a high-volume restaurant business. They need to have proven success of coaching and training a large team. Restaurant Manager in Training (MIT) Requirements include:

• 1 year Management experience (Restaurant Management a plus)
• Must be able to lead, recognize and train successful talent
• Must be able to communicate effectively with your team and customers
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• Ability to multitask
• Experience meeting/exceeding targeted standards including food, labor, paper cost through effect planning and training of team Our Restaurant Manager in Training (MIT) benefits include:
