The Food & Beverage Manager will be responsible for managing all F&B outlets from the arrival experience to the completion of the guest experience to ensure positive guest retention. Micros and Yelp preferred. Baseline knowledge of wine and spirits is a must. Bar and craft cocktail experience preferable, but not necessary. Responsibilities 1. Lead and oversee all aspects of the Office Bar operations, including staffing, training, and scheduling, to ensure seamless operations. 2. Ensure that patrons are provided with an immersive sports viewing experience by tuning the televisions to the appropriate channels for latest sporting events. 3. Demonstrate a genuine passion for fine food, wine, craft beer, spirits, and sports, aligning with our elevated sport bar concept that offers upscale service in a comfortable setting. 4. Utilize marketing expertise to maintain an active presence on social media platforms, promoting the restaurant and engaging potential guests. 5. Foster a positive and engaging work environment by promoting career development, providing learning opportunities, and recognizing strong performers. 6. Provide constructive feedback and address negative behaviors through progressive disciplinary actions. 7. Possess a minimum of five years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a well-respected full-service restaurant, wine bar, winery tasting room, or as an F&B Manager in a full-service hotel or equivalent position within the hospitality industry. 8. Exhibit strong leadership skills, including talent scouting, conducting interviews, making hiring decisions, coaching and mentoring, and conducting performance evaluations. 9. Deliver comprehensive training to staff, individually or in groups. 10. Develop and manage local vendor relationships, maximizing opportunities within the wine and spirits distribution industry. 11. Drive daily sales by actively engaging with guests, planning and executing events, and utilizing social media platforms. 12. Conduct monthly wine and liquor inventory. 13. Ensure timely submission of beverage needs to the beverage manager to prevent stock shortages. 14. Efficiently schedule and manage FOH labor productivity. 15. Conduct daily lineup sessions with the team, setting clear expectations and inspiring them to consistently perform at their best. 16. Develop a monthly training calendar with a focused emphasis on daily training topics, fostering continuous growth and development within the team. 17. Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with a comprehensive understanding of impeccable service standards and a fundamental knowledge of restaurant inventory management, ordering procedures, staffing protocols, and organizational best practices. Demonstrate a genuine passion for the culinary arts and the art of beverage curation. 18. Promote and cultivate a culture of clarity, support, and camaraderie within the restaurant, recognizing that an exceptional dining experience is ultimately founded upon the strength and unity of the entire team. Qualifications 1. Demonstrate leadership and hands-on management skills, leading by example and actively managing staff to consistently exceed performance standards while adhering to company policies and procedures. 2. Exhibit a strong sense of hospitality, consistently amazing and delighting guests, and upholding the sequence of service throughout the restaurant. 3. Pay exceptional attention to detail and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in line with company directives and local health codes. 4. Foster teamwork and growth among the management team and hourly staff through hands-on management, promoting excellence, building team morale, and providing coaching and counseling as needed. 5. Proficient in financial management, including cost control, portion management, waste reduction, and the ability to analyze and present reports on weekly financial and monthly profit and loss (P&L) statements. 6. Possess a deep understanding and execution of the company’s core values, exhibiting excellent time management and multitasking skills, and demonstrating self-motivation and self-management abilities. 7.
