Murray Restaurants is a fast-growing hospitality group known for innovative brunch experiences and event catering. We’re looking for a proactive and dependable Operations & Catering Manager to support our restaurant operations and help grow our catering division. The Operations & Catering Assistant is a hybrid support role responsible for helping with catering coordination, running errands, assisting with the Toast POS system, and handling various administrative and operational tasks as needed.

Schedule:

Flexible hours; must be available for some weekends and occasional evenings Mix of in-restaurant support and on-the-go tasks

Responsibilities:

Assist with catering orders, tastings, client outreach, and delivery logistics Earn commission on all successfully booked catering events Support restaurant operations by handling errands, vendor pickups, or special event prep Manage admin tasks such as invoice tracking, supply runs, or order confirmations Help update menus and reporting within the Toast POS system Serve as a reliable “go-to” for cross-functional restaurant support

Requirements:

Experience with Toast POS (Required) Reliable transportation (Required – errands and deliveries are part of this role) Strong network of potential catering partners or corporate leads (Required) Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively Prior hospitality, restaurant, or catering experience preferred
